SIAM SAFARI NATURE TOURS
Siam Safari has been operating nature
tours and jungle safaris since 1989. It all started
with a Land Rover and small caf? in the hills above
Phuket Island. Today we have over 150 employees
and 40 elephants.
Even though our company is expanding, we are still
true to our goal of preserving Thai nature and culture
for future generations. We try to make our tours
both fun and educational, and hope that our guests
will help us achieve that goal.
Our devotion to eco-tourism has
been recognized by British Airways and PATA, who
awarded us, respectively, Tourism For Tomorrow Award
(1997) and Gold Environment Award (1999). We have
also received Tourism Authority of Thailand's "Best
Tour Program Award" as proof of the quality
of our educational tours. In 2003 Siam Safari received
a certificate from the Thai Royal Government Lifestock
Department. "Standard Elephant Camps in Thailand
" The certificate grants that Siam Safari's
elephants are in good health and are well taken
care of.
Both Sir David Attenbourough (BBC)
and Geoff Corwin (Animal Planet) have used our services
for their amazing work. Come with us, and we will
show you some of the sights and elephants you only
thought you would see on TV.
We look forward to seeing you and
giving you the experience of a lifetime.
